Join a leading Sydney project marketing team as the primary Sales Agent across three luxury residential developments in Sydney and surrounding prestige suburbs. You will be the main point of contact for all buyer enquiries, managing the full sales process from lead allocation through to exchange and settlement, with a steady flow of qualified leads provided.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the dedicated project sales contact for three premium off‑the‑plan / newly completed luxury residential sites in Sydney and surrounds.
- Nurture and convert warm, qualified leads provided by the in‑house marketing team and project partners.
- Conduct private appointments, display suite presentations and on‑site inspections, tailoring your pitch to high‑net‑worth and lifestyle‑driven buyers.
- Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, including enquiry follow‑up, needs analysis, presentation of available stock, handling objections and progressing offers.
- Prepare and present pricing, availability, and contract details in conjunction with developers, project directors and solicitors.
- Maintain detailed records of all leads, buyer interactions and pipeline activity within the agency’s CRM.
- Provide regular feedback to internal stakeholders on buyer sentiment, pricing, product mix and campaign performance for each site.
- Represent the brand professionally at launches, VIP events and weekend opens to build momentum and drive project sell‑through.
Skills and experience
- Strong background in residential project sales, off‑the‑plan or luxury residential sales within Sydney or similar prestige markets.
- Proven track record of converting qualified leads and meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high‑value environment.
- High level presentation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with discerning, high‑expectation buyers.
- Strong organisation and time management skills to juggle three active project sites and multiple stakeholders.
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, with a thorough understanding of off‑the‑plan sales processes.
