The Role

• Manage a portfolio with the systems in place to actually get home on time
• Run routine inspections, renewals, and maintenance with AI-assisted scheduling and reporting
• Handle tenant and landlord relationships with the backing of an experienced, established team
• Coordinate arrears, compliance and condition reporting through streamlined, modern processes
• Represent the agency's reputation for genuinely proactive property management

About You

• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Proven property management experience and a clean, organised approach to portfolio work
• Confident communicator with landlords, tenants and trades
• Comfortable adopting AI-driven PM software rather than working around it

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000
