The Role
- Own the strategic direction and performance of the property management department
- Lead, develop and retain a legacy team of experienced Property Managers
- Drive adoption of AI-forward systems across portfolio management and reporting
- Report directly to the Directors on growth, retention and departmental performance
- Represent the agency's property management arm publicly and to key stakeholders
About You
- Significant leadership experience within property management
- A track record of growing and retaining high-performing teams
- Strong commercial acumen and comfort presenting to senior leadership
- Genuine enthusiasm for modern, tech-enabled ways of working
