The Role
- Manage diaries, correspondence and priorities for senior leadership
- Coordinate board papers, reporting and key business documentation
- Own leadership's use of AI-forward productivity tools and systems
- Act as gatekeeper and first point of contact for key clients and stakeholders
- Support on special projects, events and strategic initiatives as they arise
About You
- Proven experience supporting senior leadership or Directors
- Exceptional organisation, discretion and communication skills
- Comfortable working autonomously and anticipating what's needed before it's asked
- Tech-savvy, with genuine enthusiasm for AI-forward tools and systems
