The Role

• Own the strategic direction and performance of the property management department
• Lead, develop and retain a legacy team of experienced Property Managers
• Drive adoption of AI-forward systems across portfolio management and reporting
• Report directly to the Directors on growth, retention and departmental performance
• Represent the agency's property management arm publicly and to key stakeholders

About You

• Significant leadership experience within property management
• A track record of growing and retaining high-performing teams
• Strong commercial acumen and comfort presenting to senior leadership
• Genuine enthusiasm for modern, tech-enabled ways of working

Salary: $115,000 – $125,000
