The Role

• Greet clients, visitors and tradespeople as the welcoming face of the agency
• Manage phone lines, correspondence and diary coordination
• Support the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Keep the office running smoothly using the agency's AI-forward booking and CRM systems
• Assist with basic marketing and listing administration when required

About You

• Previous reception or customer service experience (real estate exposure a bonus, not essential)
• Polished presentation and genuinely warm, professional manner
• Strong organisational skills and comfort multitasking
• Confident picking up new systems and software quickly
