The Role

• Lead reception and front-of-house staff, setting the standard for client experience
• Own office operations, from supplier management to facilities and presentation
• Coordinate diaries, meeting rooms and client hosting for the leadership team
• Implement and manage AI-forward systems for bookings, visitor management and reporting
• Act as the operational hub connecting sales, property management and admin teams

About You

• Experience managing a front-of-house, office management or client services function
• Natural leadership style — calm, organised, and genuinely people-first
• High standards for presentation and client experience
• Comfortable implementing new systems and bringing a team along with you
