The Role

• Support senior agents through the full sales process — appraisals, open homes, buyer follow-up
• Manage listing paperwork, marketing coordination and campaign timelines
• Get hands-on with the agency's AI-forward tools for buyer matching and market reporting
• Build your own database from day one, under the guidance of a proven sales team
• Attend auctions, negotiations and settlements to learn the business inside out

About You

• Certificate of Registration (or working towards your full licence)
• A genuine appetite to learn from a legacy team of experienced agents
• Strong communication skills and a professional presentation
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working at pace
