Senior in title. Senior in trust, portfolio quality, and how much say you actually get.
This award-winning agency isn't looking for someone to simply manage a bigger portfolio — its legacy team wants a Senior Property Manager who'll help shape how the department runs, backed by genuinely AI-forward systems. - Act as a trusted point of contact for the department's highest-value landlords
About You
- Several years' property management experience at a senior or team-lead level
- Strong working knowledge of tenancy legislation in your state
- A track record of mentoring or informally leading junior staff
