The Role

• Run open homes and private inspections across the portfolio
• Process applications quickly using the agency's AI-assisted screening tools
• Liaise with Property Managers to keep vacancy periods to a minimum
• Build relationships with prospective tenants and referral sources
• Keep listings, availability and marketing content accurate and current

About You

• Certificate of Registration (or working towards)
• A driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
• High energy, strong people skills, and genuine reliability
• Comfort working weekends when the market demands it
